7月7日 Rat Race~If you haven't watched 2001 "Rat Race", I totally recommend you watch it.
It's not just another no-brainer cheap comedy, instead, it's very well-written and nice delivered.
With the great all-star cast, which included Cuba Gooding Jr., Whoopi Goldberg, Rowan Atkinson, Amy Smart, etc; It's a great movie that you wouldn't want to miss.
I've been watching it many times when it played on TV, and it still gets me every time.
So, there you have it. If you want to enjoy a good story and have a good laugh without thinking it too much, Rat Race will give you what you are looking for.

7月1日 Grandparentsの愛～Grandparents的愛真是無法抵擋,
為了孫女什麼都買, 有吃有喝還有書可看 優杏奈兩邊的Grandpa & Grandma一邊在日本, 一邊在臺灣 因此每次為了孫女, 就寄了滿滿一箱東西 前一陣子日本的爺爺奶奶一聽到她鐵質不夠, 馬上買了含有鐵質的餅乾和其他有含鐵的Baby food寄來 奈奈真的是個幸福的小孩~ ~悄悄說: 鐵質餅乾很好吃, 包裹一開, 老媽我就已經迫不及待試吃起來, 哈日的媽媽我覺得日本的東西真的很可愛, 怎麼樣都要拍幾張自己快樂一下 (蠻糟糕的媽媽)~ ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 日本の爺ちゃんと婆ちゃんから貰ったのPresent凄くかわいいです。 爺ちゃんと婆ちゃんはいつもユアちゃんの為にたくさん美味しい、かわいい物を買って貰ってありがとう。 孫娘の為に、爺ちゃんも婆ちゃんも毎日に元気で頑張ってね。

~可愛的夏季浴衣和衣服 (媽媽最愛黃色那件!)
~媽媽最喜歡的零食區!
~內含可愛貼紙的書! (每次把書拿到放到優杏奈面前要跟她一起唸時, 她就把書扔到地上, 這小鬼搞不好不太愛唸書!? 跟老媽我還有她老爸一個樣....) 6月24日 Sick again~上禮拜帶奈奈去家附近一個小孩的 indoor playarea 玩了以後 第二天就又感冒了~
心裡還嘀咕: 怎會這麼倒楣 才第一次去被傳染了呢~
從以前在 daycare 看小孩學到的經驗 小孩的病毒果真比大人的還要毒~ (什麼不學 只學會這個!)
更慘的是沒幾天後 老媽我又被傳染了~ 上次的感冒沒幾個禮拜前才好的~
結果只好又再家裡戴起口罩 以防傳染給其他人~
其實很想就這樣戴著口罩出門去 但想想可能會嚇到別人而作罷~
忘了以前在台灣是怎樣? 在日本不管是生病還是只是每年的花粉季節 人人口罩馬上戴 (日本甚至還有電視節目作一連串防花粉產品的特集 因為每年的花粉每況愈下)
Anyway 話岔遠了 但據老公說 在日本 如果生病了 戴口罩是為了不把病毒傳給別人 是一種禮貌
不過老媽我有時健忘復發 口罩掛著就出門 結果還引來不少奇異眼光
真的有了小孩以後 才知道不能生病的重要 不但藥不能吃 (奈奈還吃母奶的關係)
即使病到全身酸痛動也不能動的地步 還是得跟著小孩跑來跑去 一刻也不能休息
只能怪自己腦袋不曉得在想什麼 應該在奈奈一感冒時就做好防範
這次學了教訓 要作個反應更快的媽媽~
6月18日 Yuana's first passport~優杏奈今天拿到她第一本櫻花護照了~
一般大人可申請10年或5年到期,有紅色或籃色的外皮,但小孩都是5年到期,所以是藍皮的~
偷懶的老媽再過一陣子也該去幫她申請籃皮老鷹護照了~
本想今年暑假帶優杏奈回日本看爺爺奶奶, 沒想到機票貴到砸死人, 只好作罷~
唉~ 老媽我要去日本享受美食的夢想也因此破碎~
Damn the expensive gas and tax..... Damn~
~旁邊紅皮的是お父さん一起renew的紅櫻花~ 6月16日 Yuana's First Birthday Party!!Yuana had her first birthday party yesterday. She had a lot fun. She was so tierd, so she passed out right after I put her into the car seat.
Thanks everyone for coming and I also had a great time. Talking, eating, laughing and just hanging out with good friends. It's a wonderful day.
My baby turned one now, life is going to be more hectic and exciting. Well, I guess, I will be reday for it by then.

優杏奈は１歳になりました。

看著她一天天長大 心中也欣慰不少! 總算可以告訴自己:鬆口氣~
看著奈奈 想起只在我們生命中二個月的Kai 短短二個月 卻讓我們知道天使真的存在~
研究報告說8個月以後SIDS的機率會降低很多 一整年下來的擔心憂慮 終於可以小喘一口氣~
我感謝主 奈奈是個健康的Baby~
不斷告訴自己 明天醒來 又是新的一天~
Kai Kai ~ 要記得 留在媽媽記憶裡面~

 Eric Clapton~Tears in haven6月10日 My New Phone~6月3日 Hell Bath~5月30日 Hate clothes~These past couple days, Yuana started sleeping naked at night. Not that I want her to do it, she just doesn't like to have her clothes on after she takes bath. Everytime when I tried to put pajama on her, it's like a living hell, with her loud scream.
Gosh~baby crying is the most scary and terrible thing can happen in the world if you ask me, especially when it happens at night, when everying quiets down.
So far we haven't got any complains from the neighbors yet, so let's pray and hope it will never happen (cross my finger)~
 ~Always enjoy being like this after bath.... Gosh, hope she is not gonna be like this when she grows up...  5月29日 Andromeda Strain (conclusion)~Watched the conclusion of the Adromeda Strain last night. It was not too bad. Although compare to the 1971 first "The Andromeda Strain", I felt it needs a little more explaination in some parts.
Overall, it's a pretty good movie. Although I was never a sci-fi fan, this one actually caught my interests. I'll say, rather say it's a sci-fi movie, it's more like a political suspense movie, and maybe that's why I am interested in this movie.
So, there you have it. I wish you enjoy the movie if you watched it. If not, why not give it a try once the DVD comes out.
 5月27日 Runaway Jury~Maybe not too many people know, I enjoy watching movies a lot. Especially suspense movie, which will keep you guessing until the end. Ever since Yuana is born, poor mommy, me, can not go to the theater that easy to continue her little hobby, so I become pretty good of finding good movies playing on TV, maybe they are not brand new, but if you pay attention, there's may good pretty new movies are playing.
2003 movie "Runaway Jury", starting John Cusack, Gene Hackman, Dustin Hoffman, and Rachel Weisz is a film adaptation of "the runaway Jury", which written by John Grisham, who is famous for his legal fiction novels.
The story happens in New Orlean, Louisiana, about a shot victim's widow decides to take the weapon's manufacturer to court, on the grounds that the company's gross negligence led to her husband's death. John Cusack plays Nicholas Easter, a happy-go-lucky video game store clerk who tries to get himself excused from jury duty, but actually has different agenda on his mind. Rachel Weisez plays his girlfriend, Marlee. Dustin Hoffman plays the widow's pro bono attorney Wendell Rohr, and with Gene Hackman plays the defendent's jury consaltant Rankin Fitch. What is Nick's intention? What's Marlee's role in this story? And the most important, who will win by the end?
Beside the strong actors layout, the story is very well-written. Therefore, I encourage you to enjoy this keep you guessing suspense thriller. It's a very smart movie.
So, sit back and enjoy. I hope you will like it.
P.S. A&E Channel miniseries, The Andromeda Strain started its two night, four hours event. It's adaptated from the 1969 techno-thriller movie "The Andromeda Strain", which was writen by Michael Crichton. The plot concerns a team of scientists investigating a deadly disease of extraterrestrial origin which causes rapid, fatal clotting of the blood. What is it? How does it spread? and Why is it happening? I just finished watching the first part of the two series, and it was pretty exciting. I was never a sci-fi, techno fan, but this one actually keeped me watching for the full two hours. The series will continue its second part tonight at 9pm, and I will keep you posted.
5月21日 Ace's 1st birthday~Yua chan's friend, Ace had his 1st birthday party last weekend. We had a lot fun. Time flies. Just last year, Yuana and her friends, Ace and Joji were still in mom's tummy, and now all of them are growing and growing.
I wish all these kids have wonderful childhood and just have great time. Because soon, adulthood will catch up on them at no time.
Enjoy everything in your life, my lovely daughter.....

Saw Ichiro and his wife in Bellevue square today..... Second time see him in person, still think he is very cool~~
Too bad I didn't have the gut to ask for picture, now kind of feel regret~

5月14日 Funny movie~~Got a chance to rewatch the 1997 British comedy "the full monty".
After all these years, the movie still cracks me up.
The story was quiet well-written, and Mark Addy, one of my favorite British actors, who was also in the movie, playing the role "Dave". He is a pretty good actor.
British humor is somewhat a little different than American humor. It carries a little serious element in their humor; however, it actually quiet attracts me. And the accent, um... love the accent~~

5月12日 Yuana 11 month old~~Yuana is 11 month old on Mother's Day~~
one more month she is going to be 1 year old. It's been a busy year, but sweet.
Although she is a hand full, after all, she is a good baby.
Sometimes when I look at her, I actually feel that I am the one, who needs to depend on her instead of she depends on me. After all, maybe I need her more than she needs me.
11 month old, another new milestone, and so much more to learn, for both of us~~
Cross my fingers, I will do my best to enjoy every moment and try not to get angry easily~~ (Gosh... It's so hard~~)
Thank you for being there for me for my very first Mother's Day, my lovely daughter~~

5月11日 My very first Mother's Day ~~My very first Mother's Day with Yuana. Still feel kind of unreal....
Just last year, she was still in my tummy, and now, she is next to me everyday.
Sometimes, I certainly wish I can have a break...
but soon after she is out of my sight, and I start worrying about her...
Some people might say it's a gift being a mother?! I don't deny it; but or, should I say, it's also a curse.... Ever since it starts living in your tummy, it starts connecting to you....
It's wierd, it's magical, but it's also inreplaceable~~
Please, God, give me the strength and energy to take care of her every steps of a way...
I just wish she is happy everyday...
After all, she being healthy is the best gift for me of being a mother~~

Thank you for coming into my life~ 5月10日 優しいお父さん～感冒第二天，全身酸痛，優杏奈似乎知道媽媽不舒服，今天還蠻乖的!
平時一點都不浪漫的老公提早回家，幫我看女兒看了一整晚，不但讓我好好睡了2個小時，還煮了好喝的蜂蜜檸檬薑湯希望我感冒能趕快好起來。
這就是他溫柔的表現~
只要一點點，就可以讓我感動好一陣子~

5月8日 Marymoor Dog Park ~~Mame (our lovely 100 pounds, 3 yr old yellow lab) finally got the chance to play with his best friend -- Jack (a wonderful 80 pounds mix dog, who has beautiful deep orange coat and pretty eyes) in Marymoor. Mame had a hack of great time. Although it was windy, I enjoyed the walk. When I am in the park, I feel refresh. Yuana fall sleep in the carrier, which I carried in the front. Ah ~~ what a quiet and wonderful walk.
I espacially love when Hilary (Jack's mom) called Jack, "Jack Forest". After all, have you ever heard a dog has middle name? That's just hilarious.
Oh, I just love dogs so much. They are not only "men's best friend", Mame is like a family to us.
I am looking forward that he and Yuana growing up together. They are going to be each other's best friend.

5月7日 First Blog !!First time writing my blog. Kinda exciting ~~
 Yuana is 10 month old now, and I realize that time actually passed faster than I expected. Soon, she is going to be one year old, and so much more adventures are waiting ahead. Gosh ~~ how come no one ever open a school to teach people how to be a mom.
So much to learn, and so much to be afraid of~~
I am learning from her everyday ~~
My baby girl ~~ 一起加油吧!! (一緒に頑張ろ)
